2002 Corvairitis Treatment Day

Corvairitis Treatment Day is held every summer by Western Canada Corsa. The location varies, but this year it was held in Victoria on the weekend of August 10th and 11th. Certain cars give you certain feelings when you drive them. I got Corvairitis the first time I drove one. It would have been May 1971, the car was a dark green 1966 Corsa 140 that my dad had brought home from work. I thought this was the coolest car I had ever seen, and it was just as cool to drive. I still feel that way about Corvairs today. I bought my first Corvair, a 1965 Corsa turbo, the next year, and have had at least one ever since. I guess I have terminal Corvairitis. There is no cure at this time except to buy more Corvairs.
